Pakete sind angekommen / Packages arrived

Endlich ist es soweit - die Druckplatte, das Papier, die Tinte und der Roller waren endlich in der Post. Nun hält mich nichts mehr vom Letterpress Printing ab!

Finally - the printing plate, the paper, the ink and the roller were in the mail today. Nothing can stop me from letterpress printing now!

Im nächsten Schritt werde ich die Druckplatte bzw. die einzelnen Buchstaben der Druckplatte auseinanderschneiden, um Worte bilden zu können. Dann muss die Farbe gemischt werden - hoffentlich zu einem schönen Orange :)
48% Magenta und 95% Yellow - das sollte die richtige Mischung für Pantone 151 - das Orange meines Logos - sein

In the next step I will have to cut the printing plate/the alphabet into pieces in order to form words. Then I will have to mix the color - hopefully to a nice orange :)
